Protein timing matters on GLP-1

Is this safe to take alongside GLP-1 medication?
Yes. Better Daily products are whole food nutrition โ real fruits, vegetables, and proteins with no synthetic additives. They complement GLP-1 medication by addressing the nutritional gaps the drug creates. There are no interactions with semaglutide or tirzepatide. As with any dietary change during medication, we recommend mentioning it to your doctor, who will almost certainly agree it's a positive addition.
How much protein is in each smoothie?
Each pouch contains 12โ18g of protein from pea protein and natural ingredients, depending on the flavour. The Assorted Pack includes 7 different flavours so the protein content varies slightly โ but every pouch delivers a meaningful protein contribution to your daily intake goal.
Can diabetics take this? Is there added sugar?
No added sugar in any Better Daily product. All sweetness comes from whole fruits โ primarily mango, banana, and date โ which have a moderate glycemic index. Most of our customers who are on GLP-1 for Type 2 Diabetes management have found the smoothies safe and beneficial. If you have specific blood sugar concerns, check with your endocrinologist who can advise based on your current readings.
How long does it stay fresh after thawing?
Consume within 48 hours of thawing and keep refrigerated. For best results, thaw in the fridge overnight and blend in the morning. The shots (Anti-Inflammation and Vitamin C) can be consumed directly from the bottle after thawing โ no blending needed. Shake well before drinking.
What's the delivery timeline in NCR?
We deliver to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Orders placed before 8pm are shipped the same evening and delivered the next day. All deliveries arrive in insulated packaging to maintain the frozen cold chain. We do not currently deliver outside NCR โ our frozen supply chain is built for same-day delivery integrity only.
